The LAB is a creative arena built on learning, where strength meets purpose, and every exercise has a why. Through a constraint-led approach, 831 Volleyball trains athletes to think faster and move with a purpose. Led by Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Branden Torado, injury prevention and power production are top priorities for every training session.
Learn – Engaging athletes in a dynamic learning environment that emphasizes self-organization grounded in a constraint-led approach. Training is designed to challenge perception, action, and cognition.
Adapt – Fostering adaptability through variability. Athletes train in context-rich, sport-specific scenarios that reflect the ever-changing nature of the game. Strength and conditioning is integrated uniquely to the explosive demand of our sport.
Build – Build resilient, high-performing athletes through progressive overload, skill scaffolding, and guided discovery. Strength and coordination are developed together to create complete volleyball players.
This program is designed for experienced 8th-10th grade athletes looking to elevate their performance with a structured strength and conditioning plan. Space is limited to ensure focused coaching and individualized attention.
